Do I need to clean or prep before our call?
Absolutely not! This is a judgment-free zone. You don’t need to tidy up, stage anything, or feel embarrassed. We’re working with what’s real and that’s where the magic happens.
How do we meet for the session?
You’ll have the option to meet via Video or by phone; whatever makes you most comfortable. I’ll send the details once you’ve booked your session.
What happens after the call?
You’ll receive a follow-up email with a few customized notes, gentle suggestions, and inspiration based on our conversation.
What if I change my mind after booking?
