9:30 – 11:00 AM — Creative Journal + Guided Writing

Decorate your own journal, then move through gentle guided prompts to ground yourself and reconnect with your creative spirit.

11:00 AM – 12:15 PM — Mixed Media Inspiration Board

Build a layered, expressive inspiration board with textures, colours, images, and collage elements. A visual compass for your creative year ahead.

12:15 – 1:00 PM — Nourishing Lunch

A cozy, relaxing catered lunch with time to connect or simply unwind.

1:00 – 2:30 PM — Framed Inspirational Artwork

Choose an inspirational print, refresh a frame with paint and finishes, and create a meaningful piece for your home or creative space.

2:30 – 2:45 PM — Reset Moment

A short break to stretch, breathe, and check in with yourself.

3:00 – 3:45 PM — Group Session: Bringing Creativity Back Into Your Life

A gentle, supportive conversation exploring simple ways to weave creativity into your everyday life.

3:45 – 4:00 PM — Closing
