This is a rich classical blue with a lot of depth of colour particularly when it is waxed to bring out the sheen so it has a silky look to it. It's names after Napoleon because it is one of the powerful colours he liked to use in his apartments.

Use Dark Soft Wax to get a deep, intense navy shade.
