Purple Transferware Saucer/Trinket Dish

Please note that we only have one left and it has a small chip along the edge. 

A rare purple/plum transferware saucer made by A.J. Wilkinson in the early 1900s. This English transferware is marked "Pastoral Davenport 1840" after the original design. The saucer features a quintessential English scene including a cottage, cows, and and a mother and child. The saucer edge includes farm equipment, a beehive, and flowers. This would be perfect as a trinket dish.

Minimal crazing.

Measures 6" across.
