A beloved bench has been used over the years as a toy box, a holder of hats, mitts, and scarves, and as a wee library for the little ones. She is a solid wooden box given a facelift using Annie Sloan Chalk Paint, a mixture of Tilton and Old White, creating a soft buttery colour. A burst of gentle blue with an added stencil offers a surprise when the lid to the box is opened, all has been sealed with white wax for added protection.
